is there a app or something that will tell me what my battery life is in percents and not the battery icon

Your Mac's Specs
Mac Mini i5 (2014 High Sierra), iPhone X, Apple Watch, iPad Pro 12.9, AppleTV (4)
If you click on the battery icon you'll get a menu. On the Show sub menu you can choose percentage.

You'll get the icon and the percentage. I prefer the time option myself.

Could also look at the free tools provided by islayer

Was OP talking about for the i-Phone? If so, is there such as option?
