Well I have a macbook and while i was installing windows, but in mac in boot camp assistant partioning the hard drive, my computer had a kernal panic aka mac blue screen of death while it was partioning, then when i restart i come to find that i have 14 GB free left, when before i partioned i have 52 GB free, and it didnt even give me the windows hard drive or folder, and i cannot find where it partioned it so it was a waste of space and i have no clue what to do because i want all that room back

Run the Boot Camp Assistant again and tell it to reclaim the space.

Alrighty. Assuming you have 10.5.x, you can use Disk Utility to merge the partitions non-destructively back into one partition. Nonetheless, you should have a backup in place... just in case. If you are still on 10.4 and using some trick to fool Boot Camp beta into thinking it hasn't expired, then you need a 3rd-party solution like iPartition.
