Convert RAM files to wav or cd audio

How can I Convert RAM files to wav or cd so I can put them in my IPOD? I have a large collection of This American Life. The files play with Real Player on my mac. robin

Search for WireTap....This will record whatever your computer is playing into aiff file which iTunes can convert to mp3.

mac3dec should do it, if not, I know discreet cleaner 6 will.
