I currently own a MacBook and a MacBook Air. My MB is where my iPhoto library resides and I'm wondering how I can share that library and access it from my MBA when I'm at home on the same network. (Obviously this wouldn't work when my MBA is away from home).

How do I go about doing this? Do I simply share a folder on my MB and put my iPhoto library in it, then point my MBA towards that?

Any help/suggestions will be appreciated.

Open your iPhoto>iPhoto Preferences>Sharing & select the radio button to enable sharing your iPhoto library on the local network...
It works the same way as iTunes...
