Time Machine/Time Capsule backup description

Hi all,

I was wondering if during a backup with TM to TC there is way to know what is included in the backup?

I mean for example when TM is performing a backup, if you click on the TM icon in the menu bar you can only see the amount of data being backed up. Is there a way to have some sort of list of the data being backed up?
