Cd burner

Hey everybody i have a question?

I have this computer Macbook

2.1 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
1GB memory
120GB hard drive
Combo drive

and i want to put burn .avi format on dvd

i was wondering does this computer support dvd burning?
and what sort of dvd's do i need dvd+r or dvd-r ??????

and will it be possible to do this without a burning program only the leopard default burner??

and could someone please explain what combo drive means?

help would be very appreciated thanks

A combo drive will not burn a dvd.

Only a superdrive will burn a dvd, combo drives can only play dvds.
