Dead white 3G iPhone

My wife's almost two weeks old iPhone die. Replaced sim card ,still dead.:( Anyone out there have the same experience?

2x 2.2 C2D MBP 15", 3x Mac Classic, Mac Mini, iPhone 3G, Clamshell
my white iPhone crashed and stayed "dead" for like an hour or so, but with plugging it in my computer it came back to life, and I know it wasn't low on battery. All I know is that it hasn't happened again and if it does I'm getting it replaced. And I suggest that you go to the genius bar. And talk to them.
