So I have a MacBook that suddenly died. Tried all the recommended fixes, but the **** thing won't power up. When I hit the power button I get absolutely no response. No light, no grey screen, nothing. How would I know if the logic board is the culprit? Is there another possible explanation for this problem?

If none of the trouble-shooting hints work, take it in to an authorized Apple repair or an Apple store. There really isn't a positive way to identify a bad logic board without testing.

Regards.
