Chatting with MSN contacts through iChat on Leopard

I've literally been pulling my hair out for the last few hours trying to figure out if its possible to chat to my msn contacts by using iChat....really, im not all that bothered about using iChat specifically, i would just like to have the option to audio/video chat with people...i dont know if it's possible to sign into iChat with my gmail account and then somehow get my msn contacts through there but tbh im stumped..

MSN is not a support protocol by iChat. So, you'll need to find another client.

Adium is what I use, but I don't believe it supports video. I also think Microsoft's own version of MSN Messenger for Mac doesn't support video. But I believe I remember reading that aMSN does.
