lol, you need to download an irc chat app like colloquy at versiontracker or macupdate, then add the server irc.freenode.net, set up your settings, then go to chat #mac-forums.

me? no on again off again things, macin-talk is dead, so I had no choice in that, and I was banned from the site I mentioned before, which I now come to find out was the fault of one of the admins at the time and that she manipulated everyone and got other admins in trouble, banned, demoted, etc. thats it on forums, and here, but I still post here, so I see no problems. ;)

it's a better software in the sense that you can meet up people who you never talked before. On msn, you only have the contacts of people who you know already.
But you might be disappointed with the interface....
