I bought a macbook last May from a reseller here in the Philippines, i found out a day ago from this site http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1635 that my macbook model is a late 2007 one when i look at the rear vent, which seems to make my macbook a refurbished one, suppose to be an early 2008 model, how can i make this right?

Did you buy a macbook thinking it was new and find out it was a refurb?
And what needs replacing?
my problem is that i felt that i been had, i bought it thinking i got the latest one, but thru this site - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1635, make it seems like a refurbished one...
