I have an aluminum powerbook g4 15" 1.5ghz. I was wanting to know where or how I could get a hold of an os x or hardware test disk for it. I looked on ebay but could not find. Any help would be great. Thanks

Go to the following link and find AHT on the download list, second from bottom from memory, download and make a bootable CD and run. How to make CD is at top of page:-

The problem is on my powerbook, and it doesn't read cd/dvd. Would the techtool pro boot while holding the c on start up?

any other suggestions?

First boot the PowerBook up from the install DVD and run Repair Disk from Utilities. Has to be booted from the disk for this repair to work. Of course assumiong it is already running OS X installed from original or full retail install DVD?
