Ok, I am a new mac user. Been a Windows user for a very long time. Is there a program for macs that cleans the cache, tmp file, other misc junk from the system? If so, what is recommended. What maintenance if any should I do on the mac. As you can tell, Windows has left me with some bad habits.

Onyx is good for maintenance, give that a go if you feel a need :)

AndyKray,

skaheadpunk is right about Onyx. Mainmenu is the other one. You can get it here: http://www.santasw.com/

As you can probably tell, I use Mainmenu. Just set it up to run all the checks with "Execute batch tasks." I run mine every day or two...
