iSight - Can it run in G3 B&W?

Hi folks,

Can the iSight run smoothly in an aged G3 B&W 300 Mhz?
OS X 10.4.11.

It's selling at approximately $75 used but in good condition.

Please advise.

iSight requires FW400 to run. Guess you will have to see if the G3 will run to a Firewire card.

G3 B&W has a FW400 port.
So it's worth the money to purchase the iSight?
Cos it's in mint condition.

I love the G3 more and more as days go by...
It's simply a joy to use eventhough the hardware is a bit dated.

Good stuff now it is up to you to decide.

Here in Australia cheapest new price is $180.00 so seems pretty good.
