ATI radeon mobility video ram size?

Hello, I've recently dismantled a powerbook (1Ghz Titanium) due to a broken screen. I wanted to find the size of the Video ram.

There are 2 samsung K4D263238A-GC45 mounted on the board. Which I believe from internet searching are 128MB Each. Although I can't find any 1Ghz powerbooks with this Spec.

Can anyone please tell me if this is is indeed a machine with 256MB of video ram.

That's correct. Each chip is 128 Mb. (At least according to the Samsung spec sheet) So yes, the machine contains 256 Mb of VRAM.
