Broken 2G I phone

I cant seem to get my phone to do anything, it wont turn on and I cant restore it. Does anyone know if i go to a apple store if they will give me a loaner phone when i send mine out to get fixed, its within warranty

If you didn't do anything to it that may have caused it to stop working, then I don't see why it they wouldn't help you out.
