Web Galleries, Aperture & domain names

Hi I use Aperture and now would like to start uploading to a Web Gallery.

I have my own domain name and would like to use this even though I use a third party web gallery.

Could somebody outline their experiences of doing it this way? I have read that it can be done on .Mac now and your own domain name can be used. Any experience with this?
