Hey guys, although I have been dealing with this problem for a while; I would really like some input into getting it resolved. My DVD/CD drive on my MacBook randomly stopped working. When a disc is inserted, it will attempt to read it, make the supplementary noises, and spit the disc back out. I have tried to clean the drive, and am now out of ideas.
Also, I recently installed the new version of iTunes. Unfortunately for me, Apple didn't mention the upgrade was for Leopard; I still run Tiger. Is there any way to replenish my iTunes?
In addition, I run Mozilla Firefox on my laptop. For whatever reason Veoh, Myspace, and Facebook consistently crash my browser.
Any help on resolving these issues is much appreciated,
