how to share "Folder" to Vista

I want to share a folder from the Mac so my PC (Vista) can access to the folder and load the file from there directly.

I've try in the "Sharing" tick the Windows Sharing box and all I can see is default folders "Applications,Desktop, Documents...etc...Sites"

all I want is to access to a program's folder e.g. Applications/Maxon/Cinema 4D R10/
