problems with video conferencing on iChat

I am having problems getting my built-in camera to work with the video conferencing feature of iChat. I know the camera/video-camera works but I can never get it to work when I am trying to conference with someone else. I click on the icon next to the name of the person to conference with and they see the invitation request, but when they click "accept" I get an error message about the connection failing because they canceled the request. I get the same message with everyone I try this with. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've had the same problem... not that that helps at all.
