I installed Ubuntu, and Windows XP sp2. I have been using them for a long time now, doing various things. I decided to replace my Ubuntu with Fedora.

I decided I was tired of Linux and removed all the partions that I didn't use. Now, when I hold down alt(option) at startup, I don't see the Windows icon in the tray, thus I can't start it up. When logging into Mac OS I see the drive mounted and all the files are fine.

How can I run it?

I ran out of time, so I salvaged my work and reinstalled Windows. Runs fine now.
