Is there a way to make a window stay behind all other windows?

Hi,

I just downloaded a widget and I decided to move it from the dashboard to the desktop. However, when it's on the desktop, it floats above all other windows. Is there a way to make it stay behind all the other windows, such that I can only see it when I've minimized all the other windows?

edit: if it makes a difference, the widget is the applescript "open folder" widget (see the image attached)
