Firmware update in other countries ?

Hi

I, like many of my friends, bought iPod Touches this year when we went to the USA, we live in Peru.

Question: How do we update to 2.0? I'm still downloading iTunes 7.7 so I don't know for sure what's it gonna ask me, but, I can pay with my credit card, the thing is, my credit card is not American, is Peruvian.

Does anybody know if you can just buy the update without the need of being in the USA and without a local iTunes Store ?

I live in Brazil so I understand your problem. What I do? I use the services provided by this site: http://ituneshop.net. It really works! They provide full instructions on how to create an account in iTunes store.
