LiveType 1!!

I have been working on a project in FCP HD 4.5. I had livetype - but now I don't. I need livetype (the first one) because livetype 2 requires an upgrade in Quicktime Player, which as most of you know, has caused a series of issues with FCP 4.5, which is the reason I don't have LType anymore...

Does anyone know where I can find LT1. Whether to buy or download?

Or any advice in general.
