I've seen other folks with the same problem. Looks like the hard drive has some scattered files on it.... Can you back it up? If you have an external hard drive, use SuperDuper and back it up, then you can erase it and restore the SuperDuper backup on it and then use Boot Camp Assistant to do the partitioning.
