Hello Fellow Clam users,

i've read a few posts about the clam not holding a charge from the battery or adapter and the cause may be a dc-in issue. I recall one person saying that they managed to pull the prongs in the dc-in out. My issue is that i have one prong inside the dc-in that looks fine and the other is sort of pushed back. Is there any way to bring it back down without taking the machine apart or replacing an $80 part? Any advice appreciated.
Thanks
