Its taking over

Not really. Im just annoyed that every time I start my Macbook it tries to boot into Windows by default unless I hold down option. Is there any way I can make it go into the Boot Camp screen automatically, without holding down option?

No, but you can choose which system you want to startup automatically by going into System Preferences => Startup Disk or in Windows, under the Boot Camp Control Panel applet.
