Hi all,
I've had a continual problem where I've never been able to log in or access itunes store. When I've gone to create new account option I get the same error '-50 unknow error, please try again later ...' well this has been ongoing for weeks now, from my work mac and my home mac.
So today I created a new account from the apple website (rather than going through itunes) which was successful, but I still get the same error when I attempt to log in.
I've had a look in preferences, and nothing obvious pops up.
Has anyone got a clue what I can do to fix this?
