Early July was all jobs said but i think there is a 99% chance that its going to be the same day as the 3G goes on sale which is July 11th.

Also I wonder if the 3G will have the app store already on it.

The 3G iPhone will be shipping with the 2.0 firmware, so yes, it will have the App Store installed.
