Change RSS update frequency?

is it possible to change the update frequency from 30 minutes to 5 minutes? if so how? thanks

Using what program? In Mail it is under Preferences -> RSS.

In other programs it depends, but likely under preferences. Just be sure to be considerate and don't set it to 1 minute or something.

sorry i forgot to mention the program. it's for Safari. the site i use RSS for allows up to 10 sec update so i'll be fine..

i tried using Mail and have the same problem. the fastest is 30 minutes
