Hi, so recently i got a new macbook, sister brought it for me. And today i tried update and it pop up says i need pw. So asked sister, she set up any pw when she brought it and she said no. Well now don't know what to do, any help/suggestions?

just try to press enter with the field blank, if you dont have any luck start with install disc, if its leopard, and I assume it is, when you get to menu in top bar, you will find reset password in one of the drop downs
