So I just picked up the MiniDVI to S-Video/Composite adapter for my macbook and it isn't working. When I plug it in, the macbook switches and makes my laptop LCD screen square with black bars on both sides no matter what resolution I have it set at. It also doesn't display anything on the TV itself. I played with some settings and it made the TV flicker but that was about it. Just enough to tell me its an issue with the macbook settings somewhere.
Wondering if anyone has had this issue and has a solution for me. Thanks
