Apache/web hosting manual on Leopard?

Is there an official Apple guide/manual/tutorial on how to learn how to web host using Apache on OS X Leopard? I would like to know stuff like how to configure the server on Leopard, how to enable PHP; JSP and how to use Ruby on Rails on Apache (if that's possible), and just general information on how to learn to use it.

There isn't an apple guide that I know of, Apache is open source so all the info you need would be on the Apache site
