Hi all, Just taken the hard drive out of my G3 Lombard Powerbook (dead!) and it says 4200 rpm on the case, Do i have to get a new one the same rpm or doesn't it matter? seen plenty of 5400 rpm drives just wondered if they would work.

Thanks

Yes, it will work. It will run faster as a matter of fact.
