iPod Froze

My iPod just froze. I was listening to it via iTrip on my car radio. I changed to a different song manually and it just froze. I plugged it into my iBook to see if I could do a disk utility on it and it will not even show up as a devise or hard-drive. Any help would be great. Is there a way to reset it or "reboot" it?

Charge it up, then either hold down the play or menu button (not sure which one), then toggle the hold witch. It should reset.
