Well, I'm slowly getting through 800+ emails after going thru hoops with Time Warner/India. FINALLY, a very nice man and my new hero from Apple in Boise, Idaho worked through them with me. Only 200+ left to go! 
Now on to my question, I really like the merge windows feature, however I have to choose it ALL the time. Is there a way to make it stay the default? Thanks!
