How many times a Day do you use Exposé?

How many times do you think you use exposé? For me, I would say at least 100 times a day. It's very useful on my part, since I have at least 4 different screens being used.

I love it, one of my favourite parts of leopard!

I don't use it nearly as much as I used to. I probably use "show desktop" a couple times a day, but I just use cmd-~ to switch application windows (unless I have a lot, which I rarely do) and cmd-tab to switch apps. I normally hide apps or minimize windows rather than leaving them open, so Exposé doesn't really see that much use. I don't use spaces that much either.

I really can't count the times as it's just a part of my normal daily OSX usage. When I need to get to a window fast I hit the button on the side of the mouse. Expose has been a part of the way I use OSX since it was released in Panther 10.3.

my mouse is set up for the side buttons as the dashboard and the middle button for expose. I find it easier for me that way.

Probably 100-500 depending on computer use. I am a constant use of Spaces, one of the best new native features that has been introduced in my opinion.

I havent used spaces a lot. Only times I use it was when I was sharing the computer.

That's like asking how many times I use the Dock. Like travis said, it's such an integral part of using OS X that one simply cannot count the number of times it's being used.

Never. I keep my desktop organized.

i use both expose and spaces a lot. just another cool feature of OS X.

i only use expose for turning on screensaver to lock my machine,

what else you guys use it for besides showdesk ?

Another organized mind here. Never ever!

Never use it - I use spaces instead.

i use expose all the time. cant imagine life without it…everytime i'm on a windows pc i always move my cursor to the bottom right hand corner to activate expose but then remember i have to go down to the task bar or use alt+tab instead.

Using Expose and Spaces constantly. In my opinion these are the 2 best features

Rarely use Expose - my desktop is completely uncluttered

I've never used it on my imac. I just use the one desktop and that's all I need.

Depends on what I'm doing... I'd say I use Command-Tab more often than Expose, but I do use Expose quite often. Probably Command/Tab 75% of the time and Expose 25%.
