what do you mean? like hide iTunes, or actually turn the screen off?

i have my desktop in my bedroom. i have software that will turn the machine on in the morning and play an Itune play list. it also will play a list to put you to sleep but the display stays on.

why not turn the display backlight off and when the screen is on theres no light and you'd still have ur music?

Set your sleep timer. Just go to the Energy Saver Prefs and click Schedule. Put to a time where you think you might fall asleep before that time. Then, your computer will go to sleep after you fall asleep.
