Best Video Converter App. ( FLV to 3GP )

I was actually looking for a App to convert FLV videos which are found on the web ( youtube , metacafe ) to convert to portable video for mobile ( .3GP ) . what is the best for this one. I found only one after spending some half an hour searching . ( tune4mac) . is there any other best software to do this.?

I did a Google search which came up with several options, including this one: http://www.flvto3gp.net/ which suggests using iSquint first and then converting that again to 3GP.
