What memory would you suggest for the macbook? I want to expand my memory by at least 100 gigs. Any suggestion on brand and place to get the best price??

You mean hard drive, not memory?

I'd buy a Western Digital Passport HDD. Fairly cheap. I think it's in 150, 250, 320 GB models.

polkaroo,

If you're talking about an external hard drive to add storage space that way, Timmeh is correct. The Passport series is pretty neat. They're small, quiet and run on the USB cable that connects them.

BUT, if you're talking about exchanging your internal hard drive for a larger one, look here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...iption=western+digital+2.5+inch+SATA+&x=0&y=0
The Western Digital Scorpions are 2.5 inch SATA internal HDDs that run in size from 80GB to 320GB. One of those ought to suit your needs.

Good luck, Noel
