Color one part of a photo using iPhoto?

macbook l Ipod nano 4gb l ipod classic 80 gb
I know you can do it with other image programs but is there a way to make one part of an image in color and the rest in black and white using iphoto?

I don't believe so. Maybe GIMP has it?

Gimp: Free. OSS.
Pixelmator: affordable, like photoshop, but less powerful.
Photoshop: Ultimate!

i got gimp and its running but i have no idea how to get a picture into it?
