Well, that's quite a blanket order. You're right, most don't run any anti-virus software, although newer software is slowly coming around as Macs get more popular.

Have you talked directly with your bank about how they interpret this policy?

The only way you could file a claim against the bank in case of identity theft is to hand over your computer for them to analyze? That ain't gunna fly!

Not sure I want to raise it with my bank verbally yet, just in case I trigger something I might regret but I think I will re-read their terms and conditions for on-line banking, to see if the Apples are specifically mentioned, or are we all classed the same.
