Question on Anti-virus software for Vista on Bootcamp

I just installed Vista ultimate through bootcamp and was wondering if I need a anti-virus program and or firewall to be installed? I have "Windows OneCare" on my current Windows PC's, but have heard that only certain ones work.

AVG 8.0 free from free.grisoft.com and the Vista firewall will be fine.
