I have a PowerBook G4 12" running 10.5.3 that has experienced several random kernal panics. I ran the Apple Hardware Test(Extended Test) 3 times. Twice everything passed. On the 3rd test I got the following memory error code: 2MEM/5/4: DIMM1/J31.
Can someone please interpret the error code for me?
Does this suggest a sporadically functioning memory module?
Would this explain the random kernal panics?
