Imovie Music Mixing

My friend told me that somehow he mixed some music tracks together using Imovie. Is there a way you can do this? If so, how do you fade songs in and out? If not, is there another program that I can use to mix music together (perferably free). Thanks. :dummy:

Garageband requires OS X (10.2.6 or higher). Since you posted this in the OS 9 forum Garageband may not be much use to you. Try this link: http://www.pure-mac.com/audio.html. There are several audio/music edit programs available; some are free.

Then move this forum, because I accidentaly posted it in OS 9. I have a Power book OS X , srry bout that....So how do I import songs from i tunes to garageband?
