I just upgraded my Macbook Pro 15 inch 2.33ghz from 2gb of RAM to 4gb of RAM. I have an old 12 inch Powerbook G4 and I would like to use the pair of 1gb RAM sticks from my MBP in the Powerbook. Are they compatible?

c010rb1indusa,

I found this page, you can check compatibility out there: http://www.edgetechcorp.com/memory/apple-memory.asp

You can check out both machines, see if they both have the same kind...

It looks like your Power Book uses DDR2 and the G4 uses DDR. If that's correct, they are incompatible.... sorry.
