question about selling an iPhone

i'm looking at selling my current iphone but am not sure what steps i need to take. how do i clear my info from it (in terms of cell phone plan and what not), or do i not have to do anything at all? do i simply take the SIM card out and clear all of my data from the drive?

Just hook it up to iTunes and resort it that should clear it all out.

After you restore it, fill it all the way to the max with music and/or video. I read that people have used forensic software to recover person data.

is there some sort of app that can be downloaded to master clear the phone? that was the recommendation i got from the att store. i want to be sure that all of my sensitive information is gone.
