VMware Fusion.. taskbar and dock when using Unity

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to make the taskbar and OS X dock stack on top of each instead of sitting directly on top of each other?

The taskbar is hidden when in Unity mode.

Windows applications show up in the dock when open and you can launch programs from the applications menu of vmWare Fusion.
