I decided that I'm tired of windows and switched to Mac, not that I hate Windows, I actually like it a lot but I know all I need to know about PC's
and now it's Mac's turn. I really like the overall feel of OSX, but how can
you change options for the video card. I don't want to have to dual boot
between OSX and Windows. I'm an avid gamer and like the FPS genre in
addition to watching DVD's. I got a new 24" imac, and hopefully once the
warranty is up I'll crack er' open and see what I can do. Speaking of that
how easy is it to add more ram in it?.

I'm actually not sure how easy it is on an iMac. I know with MacBooks, you simply pop out the battery, unscrew the cover, and its right there.

Ohh, and congrats on the new Mac. You will love it.

I've been wondering about the video card options myself. I have an 8800gs on my imac and wanted to mess with them to see if I can get AOE II The Conquerors Gold to work but no luck.

I'd like to change the AA and AF settings or just see what they're set to.
