Will the iphone sim card work in a go phone?

I like to go biking and swimming and am often in places I don't want to take my iphone. I often see these go phones in stores for pretty cheap. If I put my iphone's sim card in an AT&T go phone, will the go phone be able to make and recieve calls on my account like any other phone? Or are they stoping that?

Also, anyone know where to get a really cheap but working phone for when i may be in less than ideal conditions?

Yes it should work.Goto walmart they have GoPhones for $20.00 and up.

I remember asking this question to a At&t employee (well actually Cingular) and they said no for the go phones. But Im not 100% sure. But I do know that they Work in all of their regular phones. When I was getting my iPhone fixed I used my old treo with my sim card from the iPhone. No problem
